BEER BONUS Terms & Conditions

Introduction

 

BEER BONUS is the loyalty scheme for customers of the pubs run by Lincoln Green Brewing LTD. This program allows members to receive exclusive promotions, notifications, and earn rewards based on our points system. By becoming a member, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.

General loyalty scheme information

 

  1. The BEER BONUS Loyalty Scheme and its rewards are operated by Lincoln Green Brewing LTD.  Nottingham, NG15 7SZ. Registered in England. Company number 07863805. For further enquiries please call 0115 963 4233 or send us an email to contact@lincolngreenbrewing.co.uk

  2. The BEER BONUS till system is provided by Eposnow (UK) LTD. Norwich, NR4 6DJ.

  3. Lincoln Green Brewing can cancel, withdraw or alter the scheme at any time, including these terms and conditions or any individual Beer Bonus account.

  4. The membership scheme applies only to in-store purchases on any of Lincoln Green Brewing’s pubs: The Brickyard (Carlton), The Station Hotel (Hucknall), The Railway (Belper), The Sir John Borlase Warren (Nottingham), The Robin Hood (and) Little John (Arnold), The Mill & Brook (Long Eaton), The White Lion (Beeston) or Blackshale Bar & Kitchen (Beeston).

  5. BEER BONUS Loyalty Scheme is for personal use only.

  6. We don’t issue additional cards for the same customer’s account. Cards are issued per individual and if we identify you have more than one account, we will merge them into one.

  7. Lincoln Green Brewing LTD reserves the right to grant memberships as well as suspend, cancel memberships or points if we have reasons to believe that you are abusing the scheme and its benefits, including fraud or attempted fraud.

  8. To benefit from the BEER BONUS Loyalty Scheme, you must be a United Kingdom resident aged 18 years or over, have accepted the terms and conditions and confirmed an email address during the registration process.

  9. All physical cards must be collected at one of the Lincoln Green Brewing pubs. To claim your card, you must present a valid ID.

  10. Card replacements can only be given to the account holder. To get a new card you will need to provide a valid ID and tell us when was the last time you used your card so we can confirm your identity in the system.

 

 

Data protection and communications

 

  1. Lincoln Green Brewing LTD and Eposnow are committed to protecting your privacy. We will always keep personal information safe, will never sell it to third parties and will only send you marketing material if you have agreed we can do so, respecting your wish to opt-out at any moment.

 

 

About BEER BONUS points

 

  1. The standard points you will collect are 1 point for every £1.75 you spend only at any of our pubs. Once 30 points have been accumulated you can get £3 off your next purchase. Points have no cash value.

  2. Point collection has a maximum limit of £15 pounds, we will let you know when you’ve reached this limit.

  3. The only way to collect earned points is by getting your loyalty card scanned at the bar till. So please remember to bring it with you and have it scanned every time.

  4. If you are not satisfied with a product bought using your points, we will be happy to replace the product, but no points will be added back into your account.

  5. You cannot transfer points to other accounts, instead, you can put cash into somebody else’s card.

  6. BEER BONUS points don’t have an expiration date.

  7. Lincoln Green Brewing LTD reserves the right to withdraw points promotions and offers without notice.

  8. BEER BONUS points are not exchangeable for cash or any other reward other than drinks and food from our pubs.

  9. Lincoln Green Brewing LTD reserves the right to ask for a valid identification when spending points.

  10. Spending points is subject to network availability.
